My Childhood Friend Called Me a Man of Convenience Behind My Back, I Want to Reset My Favor and Live a Normal Youth.

Because of his unusual upbringing, Tsuyoshi Toudou is a boy who cannot understand the hearts of others. Betrayed by his friends, Tsuyoshi decides to protect himself with his special power. That power ("Reset") allows him to erase all emotions towards those girls. However, Hana Hanazono, a childhood friend who realizes she was "reset" by Tsuyoshi thanks to a lie she told to hide her embarrassment, reflects on her inability to be honest, and starts approaching Tsuyoshi to rebuild their relationship from scratch. It's a story of an awkward boy aspiring for normalcy and regaining his youth by starting over with the girls. (Source: Hobby Japan, translated)
